There is no formal assessment in this area but teachers will monitor progress through observation and checking of pupil work (print outs). Pupils will also be responsible for their own progress through the use of self evaluation (PLPs).
Pupils will attend this class on a rota basis with Social education and come for approx 6 weeks at a time.
Pupils will have the opportunity to perform some tasks that will give them a taster of both business management and administration. These should help them to make informed course choices.
Each pupil will build up a file of documents produced and checklists will be completed by the teacher, using observation, as to the pupil’s skills.
